We know that people don't like to wait in a long line or their friends are so impatient that they pressure them to come back later or get something small. We are incredibly fast while still doing accurate work. Tailor your design books so your only offering the pieces you can do fast, 5-10 min. 10-20 min. designs should be priced higher as it's taking you twice the time to complete them. Make smaller pieces look bigger with radiating dots or simple vines. Add staff if you need to. A well educated front person can save you a lot of time as well as make you money. They answer the questions, help people find designs, take the money and manage the line. And most importantly, master your applicator. If it's giving you problems, work those problems out so you don't have them anymore or change applicators.
