Henna is for the football fan!

This week we were invited to Mr. Roark's 6th grade class for their annual Apple Cup Party! Doing themed events like this is really fun for us. I got to custom create Husky and Cougar designs. Among the favorites where an apple monster guy, paw prints, a flying football and a Washington State "W" with shooting stars.
The kids played games with apples, trivia and had two pinatas, a Husky and a Cougar. They decorated the room with so much purple and gold it looked more like the stadium than a classroom. There was also an assortment of Husky themed food such as purple rice crispy treats, football sugar cookies and a dog bone cake.
