Since we have this particular design in the Intentional Henna Art Show, I've wondered how I might celebrate life. For me it would be "happy that I'm healthy and able" and "that my family is with me." I would try to connect with that divine spark that connects me to a higher source. The place from which everything comes and be one with it as best I could.
Henna is perfect for creating what you really want to show up in your life. By using symbols or just mentally attaching a meaning to a design, you can create the energy needed to bring it to fruition. Everyone has that power. Seeing the image everyday makes it become a reality in your life.
This henna design is ancient and powerful. It's the image of the sun used to represent a celebration of 
life. Ancient people believed that the sun gave all life, made the crops grow and the people fertile. It brought life back to the land after a long dead winter and they celebrated because taking it for granted was too costly.
January is Celebration of Life month. Take the time to look at the aspects of your life you're grateful for and acknowledge them it whatever way makes since to you. You'll be rewarded 10 fold. Then pass this on to someone you appreciate because sharing is the best way to let them know you're thinking of them.
